Success Celebrations Are VIP

Success is a mindset.  You have to say YES to success on a daily basis in order to ingrain it as a healthy habit.  Even if the success isn’t grand in scale, it doesn’t matter.  You should be ready, willing and able to celebrate any success, just as easily as you’d sit back by a pool and relax.  You’re allowed to relax and enjoy success, large and small.  It should become second nature, until you’re searching life for the next success win to celebrate instead of the next potential failure that might befall you.  Change out the filters that your mind uses to process the world and brighten your worldview.

Have fun with the process of improving your life, otherwise you won’t keep doing it.  You’ll get bored, tired or burnt-out.

Say a resounding YES to anything that furthers your WHY, helps you achieve your S.M.A.A.R.T. goals and…well…to anything positive and fun, even if “Old You” might’ve scoffed at it.  “New You” should have a new (and more fun) attitude, where you’re willing to celebrate even a tiny success.  The greater the success, the greater the celebration, of course.

How to adopt a success-related mindset that’s also open to the fun of life?

First, give yourself permission to be imperfect.

Pushing the boundaries of your comfort zone to achieve your believable goals will lead to the occasional screwup or failure.  Make peace with that fact.  Vow to avoid screw-ups where possible, but be patient with yourself when they occur.  Nobody’s saying you should be a slacker; “good person” and “good enough” are good places to start as you work on your goals and say YES to a life that serves you, in a way that’s starts off “good enough” but evolves into “excellent.”

Second, mix things up once in awhile!

Try new things that are in line with your WHY but also include fun.  Relax and just see what happens.  Say YES to any success that comes out of those new things and if you fail, don’t stress it!  Move on and try something different.  No big deal.

Make a call that you’ve been putting off or otherwise communicate with someone you’ve fallen out of touch with.  From these contacts, try to manifest mighty magnificent things.  Whether it’s just lots of fun to brighten your life or you score a new member of your Dream Team to help you scale up to a new plateau of success, it’s all good.

Third, say YES to listening to your body and mind; celebrate any success that comes out of it.

Everyone needs something different here.  If you need to catch up on sleep or take it easy on a day off, then do that.  If you need to go on a cleanse because you’ve been a human garbage pail recently, then do that.  Pray.  Meditate.  Whatever works for you…do.  The healthier you are when you say YES to your physical and mental needs today, the more success you’ll have tomorrow.

And the fact that you’re making a wise call when it comes to your body and soul, well…that’s a successful thing, too.

Fourth, say YES to some “me time”  that isn’t part of a specific agenda, since you deserve it.  It’s a lot of hard work, manifesting and maintaining that WHY of yours.

Kick back, relax and celebrate, girlfriend.

Oh, yes!
