Be the Heroine in Your Life Story!

You carry yourself around 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (well, 366 during a leap year, but I digress). If your life were a story, or a live stream to the Internet that everyone could follow around perpetually, you would be the central focus of the show.  So ask yourself:  are you the strong heroine or the sappy, sad-sack victim?

If you do want to be the heroine of your own life story, then ask yourself a second question:  how long would anyone else want to tune in to your story until they had to tune out, because all you did was marinate in misery?

How many unsubscribes would the YouTube channel of your life earn because it involves just…too…much…negativity?

Of course you want to be the heroine of an engaging, positive, uplifting “live stream” of activity that’s broadcast out into the universe. But how do you do that?

Take the HEROINE acronym and make it a mantra that sticks in your life, that’s how.

H stands for you choosing to Highlight the benefits of achieving your WHY.

E stands for you Engaging with people, places and things to achieve your goals.

R stands for Rewarding yourself every time you achieve a goal.

O stands for perpetually seeking the next Opportunity to live your WHY.

I stands for choosing to be Innovative and not Repetitive with your actions.

N stands for having the Nerve to leave your comfort zone to achieve your goals.

E stands for putting all of your Energy towards goal achieving consistency.

If you apply the HEROINE acronym to yourself as a filter through which you run your beliefs, thoughts, words and deeds, trust me, you’ll never be the victim again. You’ll be one mighty victor, and you won’t be casually consuming everything that goes on around you; you’ll be binge-watching in terms of your life, excited about what’s going to happen next.  Who doesn’t want to know (and follow or like) that girl?

Just promise me you’ll get to bed at a decent hour; mightiness requires a full night’s sleep.
